What we do
Buying medical supplies is a purchasing decision, not a shopping one. A practice manager comparing suppliers wants to know three things before anything else: whether the range covers what they actually order, whether it will be there when they need it, and what it costs at their volume.
Our catalogue is built to answer the first two in the open. Every product carries its own availability — in stock, low stock, out of stock or available to pre-order — and its own shipping information, so you can judge a supplier without sending an email first.
The third one we answer in person. Pricing depends on quantity, delivery cadence and the mix of what you are ordering, so the figures on the site are indicative and the real number comes back with a quote. Some products are quoted only, and say so rather than showing a price that would not hold.

Pricing is quoted, not posted
Listed prices are indicative. Real terms depend on volume, delivery schedule and how often you resupply, so every product ends in an enquiry and a person answers it.
Lead times are part of the product
Cross-border logistics is the business, so shipping detail is recorded against each item. A resupply schedule is built on arrival dates, not on a general promise of fast delivery.
